I was inspired by my sister, who re-covered her highchair... I re-covered my childs bike-seat cushion. We got the seat at a yard sale about a year ago, and I had planned to do it then, but didn't have the time or fabric I wanted either... I basically took off the old one, looked at it's construction (quite simple), and made a new one using some of the leftover material from the playset canopy, velcro, and fusible fleece (two layers). I like it... It's a little cushier, and I think it's much better than that fleecy, faded, red stuff.
