As you can see, we found a whopper of a cucumber in our garden yesterday! What's interesting is that it's not all seedy and 'old' like you would expect for an overgrown fruit. Poor Taylor Anne is squinting because of the sun in her eyes...
One of our new chicas named 'Oreo' allowed Anderson to love on her a bit also. She has a 'bad' leg... I think it was dislocated at the hip one weekend when we were out of town, and we can't bring ourselves to put her down, like most chicken owners would. She manages to get around the yard pretty well, and eats and drinks fine, so we'll 'let her be'.
