Montessori in my house

Here are some of the ways I have tried to work the Montessori philosophy into my house.

Child-size table and chairs (I also have small cups and utensils):

Low shelves with activities (music and sensorial):

Child work/play area downstairs next to my sewing area. Everything is in reach, and children can work independently.
